St. Anne’s CYO Girls Volleyball 2026 Season

St. Anne’s CYO is excited to begin another season of girls’ volleyball for 5th – 8th-grade girls.

We will be opening enrollment on December 1st for girls in grades 5th-8th with final teams to be formed after enrollment and evaluations are completed. All requested information, including students’ school, address, DOB, and parish, must be provided in the CYO registration system for the enrollment to be accepted.  

We will be conducting player evaluations for grades 7 and 8. The evaluations will take place on December 6th 1:00pm and 3:00pm (7th Graders 1-2pm and 8th Graders 2-3pm)

December 13th 3:00pm-5:00pm (7th Graders 3-4pm and 8th Graders 4-5pm)

Evaluations will be held at Sacred Heart Academy and Coaches and Assistants encourgaed to attend

Registration Fee: $275 per child Uniform Fee: $65 per child

* All new players must buy a new uniform. For returning players the uniform will be the same as last year.

Uniforms will be supplied with support from Sport Loft in New Hyde Park; please note that knee pads are not included. The uniforms are non-exchangeable and run small so please order appropriate sizes. 

Games: (10 game season) will begin in late February and will run until 1st weekend in May. Playoffs will run until June 6th.

Practices: Training begins in January and will take place on weekday evenings at Sacred Heart Academy or other nearby gyms, depending on coach and facility availability.

Game and practice schedules will be made available by the coaches through TeamSnap once registration is completed and final teams are formed.

Registration will begin on 12/01/25 at 12noon and close on 1/01/26 at 12noon. Register early as spots will be limited. CYO requires the rosters be submitted by January 5th so we cannot extend this deadline.

Note – Registration is eligible for girls registered with the parish, and students of St. Anne’s School.

• We are in need of Coaches and Assistant Coaches. Parents are encouraged to volunteer during games to assist with line judging and scoring, prior experience not required but helpful. Please consider being a volunteer to make the season a success.
• Coaches– All Coaches will need to receive a valid Virtus Certification and also attend a one-time mandatory CYO Coaching Class and receive a CYO ID to be on the sidelines.
