Girls Basketball
Program Overview
The season starts in mid October and runs until the first week of January 2026.
The 4th grade plays a 10 game schedule(no playoffs) while 5-8 play a 12 game regular season. Games generally take place on the weekend but weeknight games are a distinct possibility given the premium on gym availability. There are playoffs for grades 5th though 8th.
The goal is for all teams to practice once per week based on coach and gym availability. There may be an evaluation in mid September. There are no cuts, so all eligible participants will make a team.
We expect enough interest to field 2-3 teams per grade but that is only sufficient if we have enough numbers of volunteers. If you are interested in coaching please contact Donna Nelson at [email protected].

The registration deadline is Friday, September 19th.
Eligibility: Any girl who is in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the 2025-2026 school year who attends St. Anne’s School(i.e. attend Faith Formation), resides in the geographical boundaries of S. Anne’s parish (Parish Boundaries Map) or is a parishioner of St. Anne’s may register. The CYO has given notice that it will not grant eligibility waivers except in extraordinary cases.
