Uniforms
As of July 1st any unforms ordered during the 2025/2026 seasons that were not picked up at Sports Loft will be considered forfeited. Please pick up any items you may have ordered before then.
To compete at meets, each athlete must have the official uniform shirt and shorts. If they have a uniform from last season or from track that still fits, they’re welcome to use it this season. Uniforms are not necessary for Summer Cross-Country or practices.
Fall Practices
From September 8 through late October, all teams will practice together Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:45 PM at St. Paul’s Recreation Complex, 295 Stewart Avenue in Garden City.
Parents must drop off and pick up their children at the fields; children are not allowed to walk themselves through the parking lot.
Meets
Cross-County meets take place on select Saturdays and Sundays in from September-November at parks and schools in the area. A tentative schedule will be announced in August.
Rules for Runners and Fans
As runners finish each race and enter the queue for collecting tags and awarding medals, do not hand them water bottles or stop them for any reason; wait until they have been moved through the queue.
At the start of each race, the officials will line up runners in assigned spaces, therefore do not “coach” runners to stand elsewhere.
As you cheer our runners, don’t run alongside them. “Pacing” can get a runner or team disqualified.
